Job Details

• Previous experience as a fiberglass laminator or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in fiberglass/GRP/FRP works, including structure, molding, and spray gel coating techniques, is essential.
• Strong knowledge of composite materials, resin systems, and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to the lamination process.
• Added advantage of Spray Gelcoat application
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy materials.
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper handling of chemicals.
