Salon manager that is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a beauty salon, ensuring exceptional service, managing staff, and maintaining a positive and productive environment. This role includes responsibilities related to employee management, inventory control, marketing initiatives, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Management:
-Recruit, train, and onboard new staff members.
-Schedule and manage employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
-Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
-Foster a positive team culture and resolve conflicts as they arise.

Customer Service:
-Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
-Handle client complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
-Develop relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Inventory Management:
-Monitor and manage inventory levels of products and supplies.
-Place orders and maintain relationships with suppliers.
-Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize loss and waste.

Marketing and Promotion:
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
-Take regular pictures of staff work for the team to post on social media.
-Prepare monthly offers and special discounts to boost business.

Salon Operations:
-Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
-Stay updated on industry trends and new products to keep the salon competitive.

Qualifications:
