– Minimum 10 years of experience.
– Ability and experience in working with aluminum components.
– Frame straightening experience.
– Basic knowledge of Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is a plus.
– High-quality preparation of parts after repair for painter handoff.
– Basic vehicle disassembly skills.
– Experience with an official dealer is an advantage.
