Job Details

Manage financial systems and budgets
Liaise with clients (Tenants or Businesses) and provide financial information and advice
Review the company’s systems and analyze risk
Maintain accounting records and prepare accounts and management information for the business.

Detect and prevent fraud (forensic accounting)
Manage junior colleagues
Liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise
Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts
Arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting
Advise on VAT and VAT Filing, VAT Returns as per the UAE Federal Tax Law
Negotiate terms with suppliers, insurance companies, maintenance contractors … etc.
Prepare Rental Agreements, Collect Payments, Print RVs and update the system Senior Accountant.

Prepare Monthly management reports including and not limited to:

• Bounced Chqs Report
• Cash Withdrawals Report
• Non – Attested Reports
• CHqs Withdrawals Reports
Process the monthly expenses (Payrolls, Utility Bills, Contractors installments)
