Location: Dubai, UAE
Position: Sales Supervisor
Language Requirement: Arabic (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Oversee the sales team, setting targets and providing guidance to achieve sales goals while fostering a positive and motivating environment.
Customer Relations: Deliver outstanding customer service by building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and enhancing their shopping experience.
Coordination with Production: Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure inventory levels, sales orders, and assist in the timely launch of new collections with designer.
Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving sales performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Arabic is essential; English language skills are a plus.
Passion for fashion and understanding of market trends.
