Job Details Liaison Architect in Dubai

We are looking for a Liaison Architect
With a minimum of 2 years’ UAE experience
(Salary will be depending on the experience and qualifications)

– Experience in liaising with local authorities (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu-Dhabi- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Job Description and Responsibilities:
1. Securing necessary project approvals. The candidate will be critical in managing all authority approvals and ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
2. Reviewing, Preparing the NOCs and submissions applications, for the designs, and coordinating with other departments relevant to the approvals for liaising with authorities in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu-Dhabi, (Dubai Municipality bps, DDA, NAKHEEL, TRAKHEES, MEYDAN, RTA, DCD, Etisalat, Sharjah municipality, SEWA, MEPS, TAMM, FAB, Cdp, ETC) to obtain necessary approvals and permits for projects.
3. Compliance and Regulations: Ensures all project designs and documents comply with local building codes, standards, and regulations. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and communicate.
4. Coordination and Collaboration: Works closely with project managers, structural engineers, architects, and other departments to incorporate regulatory requirements into the project planning and execution.
5. Reporting: Preparing the reports of all submissions status and approvals procedures and providing regular updates to the management team.
6. Follow-up and coordination of the applications, and designs whether in the main office or online.
7. Providing comprehensive databases for the NOC’s, approvals, installations and their statuses, and updating the same directly on the spot.
