We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Livestream Operations Manager fluent in both Hindi and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of below-mentioned activities and work collaboratively across divisions. This role involves designing strategies to enhance performance and engage users for business growth.

Responsibilities:
Livestream Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of daily livestreams on YouTube and other platforms for Indian audience, including crypto market trend research, hot tokens, and topic planning on pre-live preparation, operation during live streams, and post-live data analysis and performance review.
Livestream Planning: Develop livestream plans in collaboration with business operations team and livestream hosts, ensuring seamless execution and pacing throughout the livestreams. Continuously track and adjust the livestream process as needed.

Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data and audience engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance livestream performance.

Host Training: Provide training

Host Training: Provide training and support to livestream hosts, including script structure writing and presentation skills development.
Sales Accountability: Set and achieve Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets, taking ownership of livestream sales performance.

Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Analysis: Strong capabilities in data analysis, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
Team Collaboration: Excellent team collaboration skills and effective communication abilities.
