Job Details

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with excellent English communication skills to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling communications, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth office operations. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
– Communication & Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and letters, ensuring professionalism and clarity in all interactions.
-Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Ensure accurate filing and document retrieval.
-Office Organization: Maintain office supplies inventory, order materials as needed, and manage office equipment.
-Data Entry & Reporting: Perform data entry tasks and prepare regular reports or presentations. Ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
-Client & Vendor Interaction: Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and ensuring prompt and professional follow-ups.
-General Office Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and organizing office space.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Knowledge in Tally software.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Positive attitude with a strong customer service focus.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with software (e.g., excel, word and tally).
-Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
