Job Responsibilities:

– Prospect and identify potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
– Present properties to clients and negotiate sales or rental agreements.
– Guide clients in making informed decisions about real estate transactions.
– Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, property values, and relevant data.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
– Meet monthly sales targets and provide progress reports to the team leader.

Requirements:

– Previous experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
– In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property trends.
– RERA certification (preferred).
– Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Salary:

– Basic salary + commission (based on experience).
