Job Details
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Relationship Management:**
– Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with bakery clients.
– Act as the primary point of contact for bakeries, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
2. **Sales Strategy Execution:**
– Implement and execute sales strategies to increase wheat flour sales in the bakery sector.
– Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the bakery industry.
3. **Market & Product Knowledge:**
– Utilize in-depth knowledge of wheat flour products and their application in bakeries to educate clients on benefits and usage.
– Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
4. **Order Management & Negotiation:**
– Oversee the entire sales cycle from order placement to delivery, ensuring smooth transactions.
– Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to meet both company goals and client needs.
5. **Sales Targets & Reporting:**
– Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs specific to the bakery segment.
– Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to management.
6. **Technical Support & Consultation:**
– Offer product-related consultation, including recommending the best flour types for specific bakery products.
– Work with bakery teams to optimize flour usage and improve product outcomes.
7. **On-site Visits & Presentations:**
– Conduct regular on-site visits to bakeries to assess their needs and present tailored solutions.
– Organize product demonstrations and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
8. **Cross-functional Collaboration:**
– Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
– Provide feedback to the product development team to improve or adjust product offerings based on bakery needs.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience working with bakeries, with a deep understanding of their operations and requirements.
– Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
