Site Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities Site Engineer in dubai

Qualified Civil Engineer or Architect with proven work experience as a site engineer coordinator
Responsible for ensuring that a construction project is completed on time and within budget
Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirement are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity   surveyors to monitor cost

 Helping negotiating contracts and securing permits and licenses Site Engineer in dubai

Overseeing all project site works are undertaking site inspection to ensure on site progress is as per authority regulations including safety
Conduct regular site meetings to review progress as well as technical coordination meeting and ensuring information and clarification are addressed in a timely manner to   avoid delays
Monitoring contractors progress as well as deployment of resources and equipments on a regular basis
Reviewing contractor’s material submittals and shop drawings to ensure they are as per design and specifications Undertaking and ensuring project documentations and   documentations are carried out for all site related activities and maintaining records in a timely manner including   Engineer’s instructions, Quality Control Reports and Non-   Compliance Reports”
Reviewing monthly reports for all activities to  shared with the client
Management review as well as for the client
Maintaining quality control procedures
Following up with the payment & budgeting the project to be to be maintain as per the agreed construction value
Full communication with client to keep him aware about his project & update the stage in two level (Design Team & Client Team /report)
Review and understand full architectural, structural & MEP package.

Work experience
Minimum 8 -10 years of experience working on Dubai based construction project, with knowledge in standard Site Management Procedures including Quality Control process
Must have thorough knowledge of Authority Regulations for sites & have pass in the supervision exam.
Fluency in both English and Arabic preferred
