We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Airbnb Property Manager to take full responsibility for the operation of our vacation rental property. The Property Manager will handle all guest interactions, oversee property cleanliness, and ensure that everything from amenities to maintenance runs smoothly, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and responsive, with a strong focus on providing a welcoming, well-maintained environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Management & Coordination: Check-in / Check-out
2. Property Cleaning & Maintenance coordination
3. Property Inspection & Equipment Check
4. Laundry & Linen Management
5. General Property Maintenance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management, Airbnb hosting, hospitality, or related fields is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot maintenance or cleanliness issues before they become problems.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to address guest needs and concerns effectively and courteously.
Knowledge of common household appliances and basic troubleshooting skills for minor electrical and mechanical issues.
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of cleaning standards and the ability to ensure that each space is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for the property.
Compensation:
