In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships across multiple communication channels, enhancing our client engagement processes, and driving sales by capitalizing on our current client base while actively seeking new clients, including corporate accounts.
*Responsibilities:*
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through various communication channels (email, phone, chat, etc.).
– Lead improvements and upgrades to our communication channels to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience.
– Serve as the lead sales manager, leveraging existing client relationships to maximize sales and identify opportunities for growth.
