Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all production activities, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
Collaborate closely with design teams to interpret and implement furniture designs effectively.
Ensure production quality standards are met and maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
Develop production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Implement and maintain production processes, quality control measures, and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of workshop operations and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork

Qualifications:
Preferably any Asian nationality
Proven experience in a woodworking production management role.
Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and tools, as well as woodworking techniques.
Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD) is a plus.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong personality, strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Passion for joinery and furniture design and craftsmanship.
