-We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and ensure operational excellence.
Sales Leadership: Overseeing the sales team, setting goals and providing guidance to achieve sales targets, and creating a positive and motivating environment.
Customer Relationships: Delivering excellent customer service by building relationships with customers, understanding their needs and improving their shopping experience.
Training and Development: Conducting training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service skills.
Performance Analysis: Monitoring sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
Qualifications: • Proven retail management experience.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of improving sales performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of English and Russian. Knowledge of other foreign languages will be a plus.
