We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, assessing their eligibility for European work permits, and providing face-to-face consultations to explain the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach: Make calls to potential clients to assess their eligibility for European work permits and provide information on available services.
Face-to-Face Consultations: Meet with clients in the office to discuss their needs, explain the work permit process, and address any questions or concerns.
Process Guidance: Clearly outline the steps involved in the work permit application process, including required documentation and timelines.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, eligibility assessments, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and stay updated on immigration policy changes.
Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or a client-facing role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
Knowledge of immigration processes and work permit requirements for European countries is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-eccentric approach.
