We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Ads to join our team at AYARI Longevity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on driving conversions and maximizing ROI. This role is crucial in scaling our brand’s online presence and reaching a wider audience.

Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads, Pinterest and TikTok Ads.
Conduct in-depth audience research to create highly targeted ad campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, to ensure goals are met.
Optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance and engagement.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize results.
Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency while scaling campaigns.
Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, tools, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to align ad creatives with brand messaging and aesthetics.
Provide detailed performance reports and insights to the management team, along with actionable recommendations for improvement.
