We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction and fit-out to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of construction and interior fit-out projects. You will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, coordinating between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Pre-Construction:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Prepare project documentation, including execution drawings, tender preparation, and approvals.
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure all requirements are met.
Collaborate with the design and procurement teams to align construction and fit-out activities with client expectations.
Site Management & Execution:
Manage all phases of construction and fit-out projects, ensuring activities are carried out efficiently and meet safety standards.
Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, and address any site issues or deviations from the plan.
Ensure health and safety compliance at all times, conducting risk assessments and mitigating site hazards.
Budget & Financial Management:
Prepare and monitor project budgets, tracking expenses and resource utilization to ensure cost control.
Work closely with the procurement team to ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials and services.
Prepare financial reports, cost forecasts, and manage the invoicing process for clients.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability through value engineering and efficient resource management.
• Client & Stakeholder Management:
Act as the key point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and managing changes to the project scope.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
Lead progress meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
Lead and manage cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, designers, and site supervisors.
Ensure all team members are aligned with project goals, timelines, and safety standards.
