Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Real Estate REAL ESTATE FEMALE OFFICE ADMIN – SECRETARY to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding ofAjman real estate market. You will provide crucial support to our operations, ensuring all documents and processes comply with regulations and contribute to the smooth functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Expert use of MS Office suite applications
Conduct thorough marketing research and manage multiple tasks effectively
Maintain professional communication in English; smart and presentable demeanor
Provide general office and operational support
Knowledgeable in handling real estate-related forms (Forms A, B, I, etc.)
Manage office administration and corporate communications
Work within strict deadlines with strong organizational skills
Monitor and update inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals
Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel, reporting directly to the Managing Director
Draft, edit, and finalize letters, addendums, and property-related contracts
Contact landlords, check property availability, and arrange viewings
Answer client inquiries and assist with property-related matters
Organize and finalize documents for office records accurately
