Job Details

We are looking for energetic Retail Sales Associate with at least 1 year of experience in the GCC region.

His main responsibilities will be:
1. Greet customers, identify their needs and provide proper assistance.
2. Recommend products and explain their features, benefits and advantages.
3. Assist customers in selecting merchandise, while upselling by suggesting additional items or services.
4. Process sales transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments, and issuing receipts and change.
5. Maintain a good knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and cleaning merchandise.
7. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
