Job Details

We are a private physiotherapy clinic in Dubai, looking for weekend reception cover (Saturday/Sunday). The ability to cover weekday annual leave time would be advantageous.

Tasks:
Welcoming all patients and visitors with a smile
Answering the phone while maintaining a polite phone manner at all times
Registering new patients
Facilitate patient flow by notifying the Physio of patient’s arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with pateints
Respond to inquiries by patients, or prospective patients, regarding our services, insurance details, hours, directions, parking and charges
Schedule appointments
Tidying rooms and spaces in between patients
End of day cleaning up

Requirements:
Flexible with schedule
Possess excellent customer service skills
Warm, friendly and polite personality – wanting to be part of our team
Speaks and writes fluent English
Residing in UAE already
Currently on own visa
Have a willingness to learn and improve
